Convent Garden FX is a family-owned business that provides currency exchange services in London. Trust, reliability and giving the best exchange rates are the attributes that allow them to outperform their competitors.
Our Challenge
Our challenge was to redesign the website and create a more user-friendly experience to all the actual and potential clients. Familiarity, continuity, closeness, and trust were the main ideas that were supposed to be felt through the whole design.
Our Solution
We drew a new path considering client expectations and the preferable journey in their mind. We built consistency following main colors, specific elements, and illustrations. We tried to create a sense of control, familiarity, and reliability that will lead the clients to the call to action button.
