About Project
SmartDVM is a veterinary practice management software to streamline veterinary assistance. We targeted both professionals and pet owners in designing this premier software to simplify pet care for both parties. The design includes features like online registration, appointment management, and medical documentation.
Our Challenge
Our primary challenge was to create an intuitive and clean UI that would streamline veterinary services. The UI design needed to be super organized to provide a simplified flow and enable multiple operations on a single page. Through this design approach, users wouldn’t face issues using SmartDVM even if they weren’t computer savvy.
Our Solution
Our design prioritized UX and practicality, combining functional features with aesthetic appeal. We kept the UI simple and enhanced the UX through adding micro-interactions for a more engaging and optimized experience. A soothing color palette, customized illustrations, a comprehensive navigational tab bar, and informative graphical charts were merged to create a solid visual narrative for SmartDVM. We also designed a thorough communication system to raise the app’s interactivity. Our design offers diverse features that makes users click with SmartDVM.
To become users’ top choice, we included features such as access to informative blog posts, easy one-step set-up, and documentation of prior activity including payments, prescriptions and appointments.
